This event aims to encourage the younger generation to spend more time with their parents/grandparents, as well as to promote healthy lifestyle and reduce the risk of dementia through physical exercise minimum 150 minutes/week.
Why virtual run/walk? because there are no boundaries in doing physical activity. Anyone can do it anywhere and anytime.
Aside from that, this event also serves as a fundraising activity to support the program of Alzheimer’s Indonesia in improving the quality of life of people with dementia and the caregivers.
